Pros
Great people, solid values, experienced founders, good product market fit, right space to continue to receive funding (investors love AI products), fun company events, etc.
I really like the co-working space where we work. We have our own office space where 6 people can work at a time, plus a big table right outside the office. There's also tons of conferences room and phone booths that are always available. There's even a cafe, ping pong table, nice outdoor patio where you can eat lunch, and a lounge style room with couches.
Cons
Nothing really yet, no catered lunches. Maybe when we get to Series A!
