      Loving the management style

      Pros

      Do not micro-manage and left to produce deliverables, where they clearly trust and employ us to crack-on with the job, offering autonomy and freedom, choosing to WFH if required....whilst always being available for guidance.

      Cons

      Can't think of any and much better than most companies I have worked for.

      Having been here for 3 years I can honestly say that this company lives and breathes its values. It provides a fostering environment and helps build high performance consultants who operate across some of the best known organizations globally.. Inspiring leadership and great vision. We also get to WFH every Friday!
