      Pros

      Traditional company treated employees well. Loyalty was expected and returned. Stable, generous benefits.

      Cons

      When original owner passed away, company dynamics slowly changed. Not the same and it is a natural progression. Largely white male dominated. Not a lot of room for advancement.
