Long working hours ..more than 11 hours ...some seniors keep sitting in office unnecessarily and will not let others leave too. Lot of office politics and bad blood all try to show each other low H R is useless

Flexibility. No deadlines, supportive staff, MD 's involvement in day to day bussiness, having some most intelligent , turnaround and analytical Managers who will train and turn you into a gem. A ocean for learning if you are eager to learn. superb work life balance

Cons

Uneven salary among peers, avoiding incentive disbursement, average products, wrong people in important roles.

Pros

One positive aspect of working here is that the company provides coverage for food and fuel expenses. This benefit helps to offset some of the personal costs and adds value to the overall compensation package. It's a nice perk that demonstrates the company's effort to support its employees' daily needs.

Cons

The working environment here has several challenges that make it difficult for a B.Tech student or any professional. Most of the time, we are required to travel urgently, often by train in general coaches during hot summers, which is quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the job involves frequent exposure to harmful chemicals such as ink, make-up, and cleaners. Given these conditions, I would not recommend this job for a B.Tech student or anyone seeking a healthier and more stable work environment.
