      Great folks, was originally a family atmosphere, but as the company grew, the real leaders retired and new ones didn't know what to do. Company grew too fast and has begun to implode

      Headaches to deal with daily. Company is growing quickly, so processes are not clearly established and therefor left to the employees to hash out between themselves.
