Bad culture in general

Pros

There were pros earlier, but no so much now.

Cons

1. India senior management lacking vision and leadership skills. 2. Favoritism and backend getting what you want as favors is rampant within the organization although not visible to ordinary employees. 3. Policies are only for the masses. 4. Most people want to leave the organization. 5. Females are strategically kept away or removed from leadership roles (atleast in India) as done earlier, diversity is for namesake to make up numbers.

Cons

Change is required in operational leaders, since legacy thinking and bias creep in time to time in the same people. This makes it difficult to attract and retain talented staff and everything cant be blamed on the great resignation. Hire local senior management overseas instead of sending from Mumbai to save time and cost to company, to build a brand faster and get more value.

work environment having personal biases, greed, subtle displays of powerplay showing off access to top management, getting your work done on one to one rapport basis, groupism at different levels to sideline people who are not part of the "inner circle". English is the secondary workplace language.
