A huge step.... backward in my career

There can only be a single pro to this job- the parking lot is close to the door so you can easily quit and escape this purgatory.

Cons

-Not real engineering, fake. Fake. Fake. -Boy's club atmosphere for all management and long time employees -More of a customer service role -Virtually no training, mostly on the fly and learn from mistakes. What a joke. -No autonomy. Expect to be micro-managed every step of the way.
