Pros

The company has a huge team of Event Production Managers which is nice to meet others. There are tons of opportunities around the country and the flex PTO is really the main appeal.

Cons

Overall the company is poorly organized, keeps doing layoffs and restructuring, keeps repeatedly screwing people over (especially this role), and there seems to be no logic behind most of its internal and external policies.

Pros

Offers a fresh, new take on meetings and hospitality. Big emphasis on work life balance and WFH was very important for employees to utilize, if possible.

Cons

Managing of company money and overall business is questionable. They were on a hiring craze for 2022 but were simultaneously making system changes to save money, i,e outlook to gmail, calendly to chili piper, while promoting upsell initiatives for bonuses. Then December came and holiday budgets were postponed and 25% of the company were laid off 2 weeks before the holidays. This is after they opened a new location in San Fran and we’re promoting another location in NYC. Then a little over a month later they announce they acquired another event company. There were people who had only been with the company a few weeks or a few months, that had relocated and started all over to be dropped. They betrayed their employees, and is questionable if they can be trusted.
