Pros

none that I can think of besides a short term job

Cons

I highly recommend not working for this company, management is non-existent, the technical engineers are not focused and the company is run from many remote locations. Several of there technical folks made huge mistakes and no acknowledgment occurred from CCO.

Pros

On top of the typical benefits of an IT consulting company - top technical talent, cutting edge projects, rapid learning, new challenges daily, great compensation and the chance to become a leading expert in your field, Convergent Computing (CCO) also offers a great work life balance. There is minimal travel for a consulting company and almost all of it is local or regional, the benefits are outstanding, and management support for personal goals and constraints is strong.

Cons

As a small company, most staff is treated on a case by case basis so it takes a certain personality type to flourish and succeed. Those who are willing to invest and work hard are rewarded so its not a great place for those looking for a 9 to 5 job with consistency.
