When I walked into the Boca Office of Convergent over a year ago I initially started as a temporary employee, I never knew I was going to gain an entire family. I walked into an environment where the atmosphere is so energetic and welcoming and it makes you never want to leave. The staff is absolutely amazing; each is knowledgeable on multiple clients and procedures and they are truly helpful with your transition into the Convergent Family. You will realize very quickly that each department and employee is a valuable asset to the company. Your ideas are always called upon to assist in driving campaigns throughout the office. There is great growth within the company as I was hired as a permanent employee and now I am a supervisor. Why do I feel so passionate about working here? This is my home and there is no place like it.

I really have no Cons. I am always happy to come to work everyday

The working atmosphere allows me to connect with many employees and various levels. There is nothing like having someone who truly takes the time and shows patience with any questions being asked.

Pros

This was the ideal employment for someone like me just starting out. The work was understandable, but still challenging enough to need focus and motivation. Training was good. I would recommend this job to anyone wanting to join the workforce.

Cons

I would have liked better communication with some supervisors, but most were okay. Pay was okay, but who doesn't want to make more money?
