      Pros

      None. Environment is miserable and management treats people like garage

      This place is a nightmare. Take a look at the positive reviews listed. Isn't it odd that most of the reviews were submitted within the same week, while all of the titles and employees chose to stay anonymous? Especially after the first, and more accurate, review was posted, it's too coincidental in my opinion. Again this shows the lack of integrity of the owner and management.

      A good team in a tight spot

      Pros

      Convergent1 (SA4i at the time that I worked there) kept me on my toes and constantly challenged me with unexpected, yet solvable, client needs. Though my title was "Senior SEO Analyst," I spent lots and lots of time doing site development, troubleshooting, and implementing custom coding as well. The team was always awesome and willing to go the distance on any project.

      Cons

      A small team means you wear many hats, and that could make prioritizing a challenge. The company's incoming cash flow was very tight at the time as well, making bonuses and raises... tight. Other than that, though, there was nothing I would really list as a "con."

      Awesome group of marketers! - review from 2018

      Pros

      You learn from the best group of marketers and the job brings good opportunities. Really good people worked here and the Owner is a great person! It felt like family.

      Cons

      No downsides. I even referred my friend to work here. She got the position and took over my role.
