      A ton of smart people to learn from. Great fun team environment. Ended up wearing a lot of hats but the learning experience was amazing Team lunches The 401k match is really good

      Not a lot of cons -Could do with more team outings Employees understand that they are held to high standards and are expected to setup

      Working as a SharePoint Developer for the last couple of years at ConvergePoint. I enjoy working here. Great team to work with. Lots of freedom is given to experiment with new technology and looking for opportunities to add features to the product.

      Not a lot of downsides to complain about
