Responsive dev team Understanding and receptive leadership through c suite Great flexibility Company Culture was much more than just "let's all drink together" and was actually things like running groups, movie trips, and celebratory lunches/dinners as well
Cons
Parking was a bit of a nightmare, multiple times had damage to vehicle upon leaving work due to other poor drivers in the very restrictive structure Hard to take days off due to small team size
