Pros

Great stepping stone for engineers, not so much for support staff.

Cons

This company underpays support staff and engages in practices that are borderline discriminatory. Avoid at all costs unless you like the thrill of boarding a sinking ship. Good for desperate people, but if you work for them, bring a life preserver and a plan b. Especially if you are not an engineer.

Regarding your comment about moral; we had heard similar feedback from a number a years ago and wanted to make a change for the better by improving our employee retention and recognition. I am happy to report to we have taken many steps towards increasing moral. We will also strive to keep current training procedures in place and keep pay competitive in the market.
