Pros

It’s a great place to work for a part time gig. I worked with a great team of people who were always willing to help and teach their less experienced counterparts.

Cons

Dealing with rude customers at times

Pros

Great company where you will take on many responsibilities and wear many hats. You can expect to take on various challenges and work in a close team environment. High stake client base, all long time users of Converseon so all the project output are vital to the success of the company. Team collaboration is highly encouraged, you can always reach out for help. Work can be demanding due to tight timelines and high expectations from clients, but rewarding if well executed.

Cons

Smaller team, so expect to find solutions on your own sometimes. You have to think outside the box with limited resources and time. Open communication and transparency on project delivery is key. Be open about your feedback, raise questions on areas that can improve. Be proactive on areas where you know you can immediately improve. This is a small but essential team to large brand accounts.
