Pros
Work together with experts and learn fast. Your colleagues are always helping you when you need. It's really a team spirit!
Cons
That you sometimes need to work at a client's office. Which could be a longer way to commute than you usually have. But overall its quite flexible. The salaries for the junior to middle level could be better.
