Very little to no training or materials. Everything you need to do independently or improvised. Like creating your own script or spiel from scratch.

A lot of Freedom with No micro-management...like any great company should do, management only cares about the bottom line. The managers will close your deals and give you 100% of the commission. Employees are treated with a Great deal of respect.

I really can't think of any.

Having worked as a phone sales rep in a few businesses in South Florida I can say that Convert It gives you the tools necessary to help you succeed. If you can bring your entrepeneurial spirit you can make a GREAT living. Great base pay and VERY aggressive compensation plan. If anyone says otherwise then they don't have what it takes to make this happen.
