Pros
Most professional people I have ever worked with. Very nice coworkers, no ego. Best bosses I have ever had. Challenging product. The general energy in the office is super positive.
Cons
Sometimes you have a late meetings. But this is because of the nature of the company which is to be scattered in the different places in the world. In fact, this nature has more positive aspects than negative.
