      Pros

      - Good snacks - Depending on which team you're on, flexible vacation - Good health benefits

      Cons

      - Sales heavy culture, which would be great if the product were any good -- which it's not - Insecure execs who care more about appearing to be successful than actually being successful - No legitimate opportunities for growth - Company is shrinking, not growing - HUGE divide between leadership and everyone else. They might as well be from Mars - The above has created a very toxic company culture, where everyone is in it for themselves and has ulterior motives. I don't blame them though; there isn't really an alternative.

      Thank you for providing your feedback. ConveyIQ went through a lot of changes this past year as we brought an exciting new product to market that makes the recruiting experience even better for our customers and their candidates. Going through these changes was difficult, but we are now beginning to see the results of that. Unfortunately, this was a bumpy ride for many and I'm sorry that it did not work out for you. We have added many new team members recently and are actively hiring more! This has brought a lot of opportunities for current employees to take on new responsibilities or move into other areas. I do hope that you find what you are looking for in the next step of your career.

      Pros

      Some really great people on the team There is a real opportunity in the candidate engagement market.

      Cons

      They preach how employers should treat their candidates with respect - maybe the same should be said for current employees. For a startup, really off-putting divide between leadership team and rest of team, hard to keep everyone motivated that way. There is no real culture.

      We are also very excited about the opportunities in front of us. Your feedback about the engagement of our management team is not taken lightly. The leadership team is actively looking for ways to engage our employees better and has made many recent changes to improve things including the use of direct feedback tools and enabling each employee to highlight the successes of others.

      Friendly atmosphere, cozy office, free snacks. Sometimes there's a dog running around.

      Cons

      The friendliness sometimes feels fake. People seem to have hidden motives. People get laid off often, high turnover.
