- Sales heavy culture, which would be great if the product were any good -- which it's not
- Insecure execs who care more about appearing to be successful than actually being successful
- No legitimate opportunities for growth
- Company is shrinking, not growing
- HUGE divide between leadership and everyone else. They might as well be from Mars
- The above has created a very toxic company culture, where everyone is in it for themselves and has ulterior motives. I don't blame them though; there isn't really an alternative.
