Convirza Response

Convirza values our employees and customers, many of whom have been with us for over 10 years. We recognize that some recent reviews come from individuals who are no longer with the company and who are involved in ongoing litigation with Convirza. The lawsuit alleges that these individuals worked to form a competing company while still employed at Convirza. We cannot comment in detail while the case is pending, but the matter is public record: WOOS LLC dba Convirza v. Mohammad Mustafa (Mo Asady), James Walker, Cameron Holmes, et al., Case No. 2:25-cv-212-DBB-DBP, United States District Court for the District of Utah, before Judge David Barlow and Magistrate Judge Dustin Pead. What we can say is that Convirza has continued to grow since these departures. We have a loyal team dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and building a great place to work. Our focus remains on supporting our customers and creating long-term opportunities for employees.

Many of the benefits are all talk - no delivery

Pros

The Support Team is made up of great individuals.

Cons

The worst set of benefits I've experienced. The last week of the year off and paid, competitive pay, unlimited PTO, volunteer after-hours, nationwide health coverage equal to living in the state of Utah, company equity offering, are all things discussed but not delivered. This company is super cheap!

Pros

Some good people among the rank and file

Cons

Suffocating "culture". The word "culture" was used a lot, but any kind of coherent or recognizable culture was nonexistent. CEO talked openly about trying to pay employees as little as possible. No interest in investing in good people. Some pretty incompetent people in management positions. Other people in management were complete tools--really fake and two-faced. Negative relationship between management and rank and file employees, as well as between different departments--sales and marketing were always at each other's throats. Crappy product. Executives are VERY disconnected from the employees/very little transparency. Cliquey company--HQ moved from St. George to Draper, and a majority of St. George employees were exclusive to non-St. George employees. Benefits are horrible. Not competitive for the region or industry.
