Everything, Just don't, find another place, this place is a joke. Every now and then I connect with some of the people that still work here and they all say the same thing, nothing changes and nothing progresses. Avoid at all cost.

Ambitious culture, very flexible, ideas are listened to, people encouraged to grow and develop, entrepreneurial attitude, flexible home working, exposure to amazing projects across the globe, versatile agency, want to continuously evolve, inspiring projects, international exposure.
Cons
Not suitable for people who don’t have a ‘can do’ attitude or lack resilience. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be self-starters with a solutions-focused approach.
