The 3D software is excellent

Ever since the new GM was hired in March 2021 located in NY, the US and Europe sales, marketing and support teams have gone into disarray. There have been over 13 people who quit or got fired out of 18. There are 4 Sales reps who got fired less than 3 months in the job. There are no leaderships directions for both in the US and China. No US training support, no guidance, no teamwork culture (everyone is for themselves). The rep needs to generate 95% of the new business since there are very few leads generated from Marketing. The GM has his favorites and is very political. There are some very good employees (the US and Europe) who quit because of his favoritism and just plain bad GM management overall. Many employees have talked to HR from China numerous times about the dire situation but with no support and backing from corporate management in China. Only to find out that management will do everything they can to get rid of you if you tell the truth. There is no work-life balance, you have numerous meetings either early in the morning or late at night.

Flexible work from home environment. That's it..

Complete lack of leadership and culture. North American team takes direct orders from Chinese leadership team, who have a very inconsistent idea of the cultural differences not only in terms of being an employee, but being a client. CSM's are located in China, so the only time you can assist a client is extremely early in the morning or late in the evening. Support stinks, so as a sales person it's tough to promise someone a good experience when you know it won't be one. Cool technology, but lacking support to take it to the next level here. Work for the competition instead.
