The pay, for sure. I do not feel as though I am paid what I am worth. I know the real estate industry has been iffy since Covid, and that has played a major role in any salary increase, which I understand. However, I’ve been with the company for over a decade and feel as though I should be paid more than a new hire. I also think that we could use some more organization, communication, and I wish there were training classes instead of being a “learn as you go” type thing. I’m big on wanting to know “why” things need to be done certain ways, versus just “this is how it’s done”.
