Pros
This place is very informal. There is no set amount of vacation or paid time off. Not sure if this is a pro or con, but aside from Christmas-time it's usually pretty easy to get time off or leave early.
Cons
The CEO has a tendency to be impulsive, which usually results in poor decision-making, lack of planning, and strenuous hours. Hours are extremely long. Average for the development team is 10 hours a day, sometimes longer. Pay is poor and benefits are not included. The office is extremely dirty due to poor upkeep and careless employees - fruit flies, roaches, etc. Desks and chairs are old, and the office in general is very unorganized. The CEO also regularly checks employee emails and private conversations and is not afraid to use words like "stupid", "idiot", and "retarded" when speaking to those around him. Training and furthering education is neither provided nor encouraged.
