Pros

Poor management, inexperienced manager. I, as an associate, had to train my manager and they never learned. Aggressiveness toward technicians, especially those who are not fluent in English. Human Resources exists but at the same time it doesn't, as they never seek solutions for anything. Poor training, high turnover and dismissals—it’s truly alarming. I don’t know how this company is still operating with so many failures, complaints, layoffs, chaos, and disorganization. No one is happy, there is a lot of dissatisfaction

Cons

They give you warnings about situations you didn’t cause, and if you refuse to sign them, they harass you until you either quit or they keep looking for reasons to fire you. But one way or another, you’re out

Great coworkers and frontline technicians who truly support one another Strong camaraderie among the people doing the work despite leadership challenges

Cons

Leadership prioritizes cutting costs over supporting employees Unrealistic expectations without providing the tools or resources to succeed Raises and advancement opportunities are rare, even as responsibilities increase High turnover at every level of leadership, including the President, general managers, service managers, and top-performing technicians Cutthroat culture where remaining employees work under constant fear and uncertainty Private equity ownership focused solely on short-term profits, leading to loss of talent and morale

I met a lot of nice people that have sadly been let go for no reasons given

Cons

High Employee Turnover, Low Morale, Poor Communication, Toxic Workplace. If you enjoy your job being threatened on a daily basis and spoke to like you are a child this is the place for you.
