-neat offices in a sought-after business park -friendly atmosphere -many recent graduates and co-op students working here making it a good first job -Allows you to quickly learn ins and outs of lighting industry

Cons

-abundance of unproductive meetings. Most attendees come unprepared. Often as many as 10 people in a meeting with many checking their phones and not paying attention. -No professional development support within technical teams -Simple technology makes you reach your professional development ceiling rather quickly

The building lobby is quite clean.

Cons

A tattle on your coworkers environment nutured by HR. Stab you in the back every chance. Didn't disclose that the company isn't doing well $$ and will be sold in 2026. Top heavy with management. Too much micro management with little trust. Staff is unhappy due to poor leadership from Bill Sims. Unhealthy culture.
