Fun, fast-paced, and dynamic company culture made up of young, entrepreneurial individuals.

Cons

The company is run by a CFO who deflects responsibility and often blames others for his own mistakes. There is a serious lack of leadership and direction at the top, which creates confusion and low morale across teams. In my experience, Alex Hoenn went from treating me with professional respect to publicly undermining me in company-wide emails within a matter of weeks. The environment quickly became toxic and emotionally draining. Proceed with caution if you value psychological safety and professional growth.
