      Pros

      Overall compensation and time off were good. Being in the local government, you received many holidays.

      Cons

      The city is very poorly managed. Leadership would rather push known issues under the rug than address them. If you are a hard-working employee who wants what's best, this is not a place you want to work.

      Pros

      Awesome work culture in my specific department, not sure about how other departments feel. I love coming into work every day knowing I am making a difference for the residents in the city.

      Cons

      Wish the PTO days started at 15 instead of 10, or at least increased by every year of service instead of every 5 years.
