This is a place where you can learn and grow to build the career you have always wanted. Friendly, enjoyable environment with good benefits. Respect for the individual is paramount. Diversity is embraced. New ideas and new technology are encouraged and readily accepted by management.
Cons
Most employees work remotely, which can be a benefit (savings in time, travel expenses, etc.), but can also cause miscommunications.
