Pros

Games are fun, team nights are fun and the meetings are good. Other than that no one cares about anyone there. No matter what they say there is NO base salary. Its is door to door. Commission. 100 percent. If you ask for a base salary, they either won't hire you, or put you on that for about a week, then put you back on commission. They are real crooks.

Cons

Everything. They are liars, and phonies. People barely make it there to own there own company, they just say that to get you to work there. The people who make it there look good, but they are morons. Everyone sleeps with each other there especially the people in charge. Morning and afternoon people know that. Then the next day, people act like nothing happened Its sad.

Dear Reviewer, Whereas we normally thank people for their feedback, yours doesn't seem to be feedback at all but just an opportunity to bash our company. Glassdoor is supposed to be a balanced site where reviews are not allowed to be malicious or slanderous, yet yours is both. We hope that since your time with our company, you have found a position that is a much better fit for your personally. Best of luck! Sincerely, CEO/Apryl Christensen

Pros

It can be fun if you work with the right people

Cons

They say your travel expenses i.e. gas, food dry cleaning, is all reimbursed. It's not! Its just deductible on your taxes and you don't really get that money back even though they say you do. You have to bring people out to lunch. Mandatory on your own dime. Did I mention you don't get that money back? They take 15% percent out of your check They tell you its easy to get promoted. Its not. You have to convince 5 people to move across the country with you and they all individually have to make $500 a week for 2 weeks in a row. It doesn't stop there. They say you make 1000.00 as asst manager salary a week. but you don't actually see that money. it goes into 'savings' to open up your own company. but don't worry, you won't ever get to open up your own company because you will need people to come with you. and they never do. They lie to you saying it takes people only a few months to become a manager. its not true. lots of people switch campaigns so while the spend a year selling one thing, they switch to another 'company' selling something else and get promoted in a few months. Do they tell you they spent a year doing this somewhere else? no. they say they got promoted in a few months. you are told to lie to people sell things. or at least not tell the whole truth. you are told you are not good anything and you are a loser if you can't do this job. you spend 2 hours in the morning playing stupid games and hearing the same speech you've heard over and over again. unpaid. and unnecesarry waste of time. If you go to any of the conferences or other offices, you will hear the same speeches by the owners there as well. basically all this says is that they don't know how to run their company. they will just give you motivational speeches to make you want to do your job that day that they've heard before. They have to do this because they know you won't want to do your job. because honestly who wants to walk into business's and press them to buy something? or who wants to knock on peoples homes and try to sell something you don't believe in? You will get constant complaints even after your sale because you ultimately had to lie to them to get them to buy into whatever you are selling This job is for people who don't have other options in life. If you have an education, do not take this job. you are better than that!

Pros

No pros. They lie about a base salary. There is no base salary - despite telling me on the phone that the base starts at 40 to 80 grand. Flagrant lie. It's door to door sales on 100% commission.

Cons

The door to door sales model is outdated. It doesn't work anymore. You're trying to sell things to people who don't want to hear the pitch, and couldn't afford the product if they did. It's terrible. Not to mention, the employees I went out with, to shadow on their day refused to tell me what you get from each sale- It was absurdly deceptive. (And after 7 hours and countless miles walked, they didn't get a single sale and got kicked out of virtually every place we went to). This "company" plays the "numbers" game, and you're the number - if you get a sale, great, they win. If you don't, it doesn't cost them any money (as you're on 100% commission), but also, you don't get to eat that day. Don't waste your time. Stay home and watch the Maury Show.

Dear Reviewer, I appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve on your interview process. Despite you writing a review as an employee, I'm afraid that you were never employed by our company. Nonetheless, I am happy to address your concerns. 1) We do offer a base pay + commission structure within our company and have individuals earning between $40,000 - $80,000. Although we do have a said base, we don't finalize compensation rate until our third interview, which both of us chose not to move forward with. 2) In representing our portfolio of Fortune 500 & 1000 clients and large corporations, all with annual marketing budgets, we can assure you that they would not be investing their money into an outdated sales model. Quite the contrary actually. Face to face marketing and sales methods allows firms to bypass traditional mass marketing methods, focus on relationship building through one on one interaction with customers and statistically creates longer lasting customers. 3) Our firm relies on transparency which is exactly why you were able to shadow one of our current marketing & sales team members for a full day of job observation. You were able to see firsthand the daily responsibilities of an employee, as well as the residential sales campaign we do. We are unsure how you felt that you were lied to when you had this opportunity before we were to ever offer a position. Regardless, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and we're very sorry that yours wasn't of higher regard. All the best of luck in your future endeavors! Sincerely, CEO/Apryl Christensen
