Pros
Botique consulting organization stressing professionalism and quality of results. Their motto is "without a need, we don't proceed." They are strictly focused on their clients' needs. Over 85% of their business is repeat business from past satisfied clients.
Cons
The small size limits upward mobility. This is a team of seasoned professionals who basically manage themselves. If that is what you are looking for, this is your place!

There's quite a few I could list here, but the one that mattered the most to me is that you have directly, consistent interaction with the local office. Most of the staffing firms in Austin (or those that claim to be with fake office fronts) practice "submit and forget". And once you get on with the client, the only time you hear from them is when it's time to collect time sheets. With Cooper, I have regular interactions with the Recruiting Manager, HR, and the president of the company. Concerns and issues are addressed in a timely manner and as a team.
Cons
It's been said before on here, but the home office isn't in the greatest area. But since almost all projects or positions are at the customer location, you really only have to go there to fill out onboarding paperwork.
