Pros

The employees were great to work with all the way up to the top. Great work environment. Willing to work with employees on personal needs, family friendly.

Cons

We weren't always told of changes in personnel or changes in procedure. The Houston office is a satellite office so we missed being told sometimes. The installers are all divas they take not getting what they want personally. The home office definitely had favorites which tended to interfere with scheduling.

DON'T DO IT

Pros

None really. They offer health care and dental but no vision bc their excuse is America's Best has a good deal.

Cons

Do extra work and dont get paid for it, work over time but you're salaried so you don't get OT. You must deal with rude co-workers and you can't report them because its pointless and you'll just get in trouble. When you exercise the open door policy, you get told to grow up and and that you're acting childish. The owner is so cheap he would rather have people who are unreliable and braindead on his payroll, than actually pay someone with talent. Lay offs happen OFTEN.
