Offered some exposure to pick up technical skills. My manager, who no longer works here, he left a couple of years ago but was the only one who seen the issues and tried to fix but felt also got stuck with higher ups.
Cons
The constant pressure and expectation to deliver continuous flow of work. I feel we were being protected by my manager by a tidal wave of work and deadlines. Probably why he left. No time to slow down and reflect. Sales over people. No personal development.
