Pros
Not many pros for this company. Only thing I could think of is good-work life balance.
Cons
If you have a visa H1-B. DONOT trust this company. They say they will sponsor for your GC but they will never do. I am an example here. They will never say they won't process your GC, they will say "we will", but that never happens. In the last 10 years, I have seen many H1-B's working with this company but only one managed to get GC from this company. So, if you have a VISA stay out of this company. Be ware.
