Great experiences supporting clients, very social job.
Cons
No flexibility with shifts. Poor management from upper management. Very little support at times especially when dealing with challenging clients. Staff are not moved around enough leading to cliques and hierarchy amongst longer tenured staff. Wait lists to move to mon-fri or part time. Shortfalls in care for some clients - not always client centered.
