Have to be available to work two weekends a month. They want constant flexibility from you, but don't allow shift changes after schedule has been set. Quality of management has deteriorated recently. Inconsistent hours from month to month.

The senior manager was extremely disrespectful to the store managers. In meetings, she would even use swear words, like cynic or liar with the managers. In short: extremely toxic management. What's more, they plan employees' schedules and then change them without prior notice, suddenly moving stores and even changing the schedule to split hours without the employee's consent. None of this is said in the interview. They make it clear that the priority is not the well-being of the team, but that only the company matters. My advice? Get out of this company!
