This company completely LACKS diversity and treat minorities at this company very different. The company culture is by far the worst I ever experienced and is part of the reason for my resignation, aside of my manager being a micromanager in addition to unfair treatment. Lack of direction and accountability from upper management makes it difficult for employees to thrive! Not to mention, MICROMANAGEMENT is the norm here and don't think for a second you will have the flexibility to complete tasks without a magnifying glass. Oh and there's NO room to advance so don't expect promotions, even though they will tell you in the interview that there's room for advancement. Expect to be humiliated and thrown under the bus in front of your manager's boss, as your manager fails to give you clear direction on what's needed. This company's "one way" of doing things breeds complacency and lack of innovation. The BEST decision I made was to leave this company.

The company was purchased by a large public company who has no experience in the sector. Management is clueless and has no idea what they are managing. There is no communication, very few procedures, issues are dealt with by pointing fingers and blame rather than solving the problem and making sure measures are in place to prevent recurrence.
