Pros

The sales reps are hard workers, knowledgeable, and as helpful as can be. They have good people working for them, yet they take full advantage of those people. And that is why their turnover is atrocious.

Cons

The company is full of thieves. We have lost 2 of the top performing reps in the last month, along with a multitude of other phenomenal employees due to the shady moves that management makes. They literally steal their reps commission, poach accounts from one another, and create lies to hide their actions; simply google all of the lawsuits this company has been in with current and previous employees. There is constant cursing, yelling, and threats made in the office. Overall a very negative place to be in.

Pros

The operations and accounting teams truly care about one another and are the most stable part of the company.

Cons

Leadership isn't "leadership" at all, but actually owners who see employees as expendable and managers who are just trying to keep up. They don't take harassment allegations seriously and push them under the rug.

Pros

Peers are great to work with

Cons

Management poaches deals from one another, owners make inappropriate comments, management doesn’t do what’s best for their customers or employees, they’re only trying to put money in their own pockets. They treat their employees with disrespect, blatantly lie, and do whatever is necessary to make their own numbers even if it means taking business away from their own employees.
