Pros
Most of the customers are cool and friendly.
Cons
Everyone from the management it's having a lack of basic manners or education including the owner who is still living in the slave days. Using of Prohibited Employment Policies no changing rooms for staff, discrimination, no breaks/even after 10 hours/, no night bonus, erratic shifts from 2-3 hours or they send you home, forcing you to stay extremely late, no overtime and many others.
