The chain is run by one family and they don't know what they are doing. They buy clothes but don't know their age demographic or customer especially between different stores. Managers are hired and don't know what they are doing

Cons

Low pay. There are no boutiques in Raleigh area that will pay a store manger over 40k. You do get bonuses. But I decided to move to management at Target. Great starting point though!
