      Pros

      Working for a company where people actually care about each other makes it really easy to show up everyday. Small victories are celebrated, you are encouraged to learn and test theories which makes for a very creative and innovative environment.

      Cons

      None that I can think of right now.

      Pros

      Super collaborative environment which makes you feel like you have a voice in decisions that effect you, the company or the customers.

      Cons

      Not many cons to share - but I can see how someone who has never worked in a start up before could feel lost. It's fast paced, decisions are made quickly, and focus is always evolving based on the current market behaviors.

      - Great team - Small, startup atmosphere - Option for remote work (in person meet ups several times a year) - Great benefits - Competitive pay

      Cons

      Depending on what you enjoy & helps your thrive, the startup hustle & wearing of multiple hats may not be your cup of tea.
