Flexible hours are the biggest benefit as a college student. The incentives they provide are also nice if you are able to hit any.

Cons

Very difficult to work many hours as the job gets very monotonous.

No benefits No paid time off Low wage, barely enough to subsist in this inflationary economy. Infeasible targets for pay raise Intensive mental work and highly specialized performance targets for little reward. Takes a toll on your health, as you’re required to sit and type all day. Carpal tunnel, joint pain, and blood clots are all possible complications from doing work like this. Health insurance is consequently a must, and they don’t offer any except to the most senior employees.

Although we hope everyone we hire likes it hire we realize this job is not for everyone. We have recently reduced our hiring with an increased focus on our more experienced employees. Although we can't please everyone, we are grateful to all of our long-term employees and see that average employee tenure is at a high point compared to times past.
