Good pay for the area and my position. Good benefits with the Free nights program.. Very flexible schedule.

Not the best insurance policy.

Pros

- Free coffee whenever you are working - You get a couple nights to stay at other sister locations - There are opportunities to move up within the company - Other employees are friendly

Cons

- Lack of communication with upper management, especially with other departments - There's a common practice for employees to be scheduled more than 7 days in a row - There are expectations that you will have to uphold that nobody told you about - You cannot stay at the hotel you are working at - Old POS system that's ancient, making it hard to work around
