Pros
Corbin is a place where your core responsibilities are prioritized, but still allows room for growth. This allows you to dabble in other areas to develop/sharpen skills. Becoming an ESOP aligns very well with the culture, as most projects are led as a group or new ideas are brewed from a small conversation in their open-door concept. *Flexible and hybrid work schedule*
Cons
In the nature of our industry, work can pick up rapidly or be on hold all at one time. For this reason, a successful person would be flexible, have strong time management, decision-making skills, and have the initiative to learn. These points aren't necessarily a con, but can be difficult for someone who's not familiar with it.
