Pros New CEO- involved and can tell he cares OD's- Care about making a difference and follow through on everything they promise Salary increases during a pandemic Branch Headcounts increases during a pandemic Award Ceremonies Annual Holiday reward for High achievers Sense of Team
Cons
Processes in place need to be altered to be efficient for candidates and clients alike however OD's are already making this change Some people at head office departments doing nothing to support branches, constantly adding more processes to make their life easier with no concept of service to candidates and clients
