Pros

Great collaboration between teams and departments help craft a nice work environment. Reasonable pay and benefits for the industry.

Cons

Onboarding and trading materials are not available. Clear career paths are hazy and underdeveloped. There is culture among teams but really no collective company culture, other than work hard to make Core money. There are no discussions around diversity and inclusion. Senior management is focused on the bottom line and employees get neglected. Recruits talent from colleges but refuses to offer tuition reimbursement or similar benefits to support existing employees opportunities for advancement. Sets false/misleading expectations. For example gets feedback on employee satisfaction and talks how important it is that employees are happy then a month later makes cuts our healthcare. If you’re in a position where they issue you a company phone, better expect that thing to be glued to your hand in and outside of work hours.
