Great team to work with

I spent five years at the company and genuinely enjoyed my time there. The two owners, Mark and James, made me feel welcome from day one, and the team culture was excellent. The pay was strong, the environment was supportive, and I had the freedom to get on with my work. I left simply because I wanted a new challenge — and as the saying goes, the grass isn’t always greener. I don’t recognise the consultant review mentioned elsewhere, as I was the only consultant who left last year. If you want to learn from a dynamic, high‑calibre team, there’s no better place. My five years there were absolutely worthwhile, and working closely with the CTO was a highlight — he trusted me, empowered me, and let me deliver.
Cons
None. Demanding at times, but isn't every job these days. Not for the weak, Job i'm in now twice as demanding.
