This company has been supportive all throughout my 3 years of working with them. They've provided us weekly updates of what's in it for us. They're also consistent in giving us incentives and keeping up with the team virtually.

I should say that they will be more transparent of the client's plans rather than surprise the team with a contract that has ended.
