Our people are our greatest asset and we invest significantly in our people-focused initiatives and programs to ensure we are building upon a culture that empowers our team members to bring their ideas forward, be part of developing world-class products and solutions, and ultimately, have a sense of pride and accomplishment in what they do every day. One of the best parts about CoreDial is the vast opportunities there are to learn and grow, and helping our team members achieve their growth and development goals is a top priority for us. In the past year alone we’ve had over a dozen employees receive promotions and several that have moved to new teams internally after expressing an interest in another role and the desire to try something new.
CoreDial continues to be a thriving company with a great future ahead. Our focus has been and continues to be around building quality teams, infrastructure, and products to ensure a successful future for the company and the employees that bring it to life.
