      The worst micromanagement, and upper management is The most dismissive.

      Pros

      Nothing anymore... They have taken all privileges away.

      Cons

      Your boss states they have your back but doesn't fight for any manager as proven. Sales reps are protected by co owners. Upper management shrugs off any issue you have. They only care about points. Compliant or not they only care about points. Techs in the company make the same as managers.

      Family friendly with the ability to make a flexible Hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      Pay is just OK but the schedule flexibility almost makes up for it.
